Peggy Porschen is the Queen of cakes in Belgravia, she has mastered the alchemy of creating truly beautiful cakes, that delight the eyes and indulge the tastebuds. Peggy is the Creative Director of the renowned cake design company Peggy Porschen Cakes, working alongside her husband Bryn Morrow, who is Creative Director, and a team of highly talented pastry chefs.
Over the years, Peggy has come to be known far and wide as a designer who never dissapoints. With a keen eye for the beautiful aesthetic, mixing a palate of pristine pastel colours and highly elaborate design techniques, that fashion what could almost be described as edible ornaments. She’s gained some high-profile clients including Sir Elton John, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Kate Moss, amongst others.
Peggy has now launched a floral cake collection (perfect for Spring we say!) each design is worthy of a Rodin sculpture, with the floral designs so realistic you would swear that Peggy had just picked them from her garden. The collection ranges from cascading Peonies and Cherry Blossoms to Lily of the Valley. The designs are thoroughly modern, yet there’s a touch of age old beauty, you could easily imagine Louis XVI ordering one for Marie Antoinette.
It took Peggy many months of research and design to create this botanical extravaganza, and her fastidious attitude has certainly paid off.
